External structural works in the project called Soundport for the construction of the new headquarters in Denmark of Ferring Pharmaceuticals. The site is centrally located on the waterfront along the crossing between Copenhagen and Malmö and is close to the city's international airport. The building is located on a large stone base that serves as a first line of defence against floods and integrates the urban design and landscape elements. The light glass building "floats" above, in contrast to the heavy plinth below. The project was carried out by the architectural firm Foster & Partners. Cipa Dk was called for the execution of foundations, concrete walls and steel structures in the external part of the project and the concrete slabs for the connecting paths on the waterfront between the various areas.
